The Qatari Armed Forces’ military team participated in the 5th Arab Military Cross-Country Championship 2025, (short-distance (5 km) and long-distance (10 km) races) held in Amman, the capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
12 Arab countries participated in the championship. The Qatari long-distance team achieved first place and won the gold medal in the 10 km individual race, while the short-distance (5 km) team ranked fourth in the team category.
The championship was attended by Maj. Gen. (Dr.) Yousef Dismal Al-Kuwari, President of Qatar Military Sports Association, Brig. (Air) Majid Ahmed Al-Nuaimi, Secretary-General of the Military Sports Association, and a number of QAF officers.
