H. E. Gen. (Pilot) Fayyad bin Hamed Al -Ruwaili, Chairman of the Saudi General Staff, accompanied by H. E. Lt. Gen. (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Ageel Al-Nabit, Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces, visited the National Service Academy, where they were received by H. E. Maj. Gen. Saeed bin Hamad Al-Nuaimi, President of the National Service Academy.
During the visit, a tour of the academy was taken to introduce the most prominent facilities it contains, in addition to the most important programs offered by the academy.
E. the Chairman of the Saudi General Staff, accompanied by H. E. the Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces, visited the Joint Operations Center, where they were received by H. E. Maj. Gen. Saeed bin Hussain Al-Khayarin, Commander of the Joint Force to secure the World Cup event Qatar 2022, and H. E. Maj. Gen. (Air) Ibrahim bin Juma Al -Malki Al-Jhani, Acting Deputy Chief of Staff for Joint Operations.
During the visit, a briefing of the role of the Ministry of Defense, represented by the joint force to secure the 2022 World Cup event, was presented. E. the Chairman of the Saudi General Staff, accompanied by H. E. the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, also visited Qatar Emiri Air Defense Forces, where they were received by H. E. Maj. Gen. Rashid bin Ali Al-Qashouti, Commander of Qatar Emiri Air Defense Forces.
During the visit, a tour was taken to introduce the most important systems owned by the Air Defense Forces.
The visits were attended by a number of senior officers from the Qatari and Saudi sides.
