The Special Marine Force of the Special Joint Forces concluded Exercise Sea Warrior (7) with the Pakistani side, in the presence of H. E. Maj. Gen. Jassim bin Ali Al-Attiyah, Qatar Emiri Land Forces Commander.
The exercise included training on marine invasions, piracy combat, tactical diving (frogmen), fast rope descending, and rubber boat drop from helicopter & preparing it.
The exercise aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation and exchanging experience between the two countries in the fields of tactical diving and marine terrorism combat.
The conclusion of the exercise was attended by H. E. V. Adm. Ovais Ahmed Bilgrami, Vice Chief of the Naval Staff, H. E. Maj. Gen. (Sea) Abdullah Ali Al-Mazroui, Qatar Emiri Naval Forces Deputy Commander, Brig. Mohammed Zayed Al-Otaibi, Joint Special Force Commander, in addition to a number of officers of both sides.
