Under the patronage of H. E. Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Attiya, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defence Affairs, and the presence of H. E. Lt. Gen. (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al-Nabit, Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces, and presence of H. E. Buthaina bint Ali Al-Jaber Al-Nuaimi, Minister of Education and Higher Education, Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defence studies celebrated the graduation of the first batch of higher studies at Master degree level.
(47) graduates from armed forces and Ministry of Interiors completed four majors including Defence Diplomacy, Defence Economics, Intelligence Studies and Syber Defence.
H. E. Maj.Gen. Fahad bin Mubarak Al-Khayarin, President of Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defence studies, assured that the academy cares about working according to scientific approach and meeting the most recent practices in higher education, in order to graduate elite competent military and civil personnel.
Dr. Hassan Rashid Al-Derham, President of Qatar University, and many senior QAF and MOI commanders and officers attended the ceremony.
