Environment Directorate of the Armed Forces Receives Recognition Shield from the Minister of Environment & Climate Change in Appreciation of Its National Role

The Environment Directorate of the Armed Forces received a recognition shield from H. E. Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Subaie, Minister of Environment & Climate Change, during the seminar titled “Improving Air Quality & Supporting Environmental Sustainability in Qatar.” Cpt. Mohammed Salem Al-Hajri received the shield on behalf of the Director Of the Environment Directorate.

The recognition of the Armed Forces Environment Directorate comes in appreciation of its national role in supporting environmental monitoring programs, as it operates a mobile station for monitoring air pollution in military camps and sites.

The Armed Forces Environment Directorate also works to strengthen cooperation with the Ministry of Environment & Climate Change to achieve environmental protection objectives, and seeks to promote environmental awareness and enhance sustainability across the country.
