H. E- Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister Of State for Defense Affairs, conducted an inspection visit to Qatar Emiri Signal Corps Camp, where he was received by H. E. Maj. Gen. (Eng.) Zayed bin Ahmed Al-Kuwari, Commander Of Qatar Emiri Signal Corps.
During the visit, H. E. was briefed on the latest equipment and technologies used by Qatar Emiri Signal Corps in its military operations. Additionally, training plans and programs aimed at enhancing the technical personnel’s ability to operate the latest military communication systems were reviewed.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs praised the significant efforts of Qatar Emiri Signal Corps in supporting the armed forces’ units. He emphasized the importance of continuously developing modern technology to meet the increasing demands in the field of military communications.
H. E. was accompanied during the visit by H. E. Lt. Gen. (Pilot) Jassim bin Mohammed Al-Mannai, Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces, and a number of senior QAF commanding officers.
