H. E. Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs, visited Barer Military Textile Factory in the Uzbek city of Chirchiq.
During the visit, a tour was taken inside the factory that specializes in military technical textile and was established to produce military outfits.
It’s worth mentioning that Qatari Ministry of Defense owns the biggest share of the factory in partnership with the Ministry of Defense/Uzbek Government.
H. E. also visited ZTTZ Tanks Restoration Factory in the Uzbek city of Chirchiq.
During the visit, a tour was taken inside the factory that specializes in tanks & several military vehicles’ restoration, and most prominent facilities of the factory were inspected.
H. E. was accompanied during these visits by H. E. Mr. Hassan bin Hamza Hashim, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Uzbekistan.
