H. E. Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs, participated in the 20 Shangri-la dialogue & the round table Meeting of their excellency participating ministers in the conference.
During the meeting, discussions were made on security & defense challenges for the Asian region in particular, and the global ones in general; in addition to discussing possible solutions to provide stability and make peace.
It’s worth noting that the Shangri-la Dialogue is a governmental security summit, held annually by the International Institute of Strategic Studies, with the participation of prime ministers, ministers of defense, senior military commanders, and defense & security policy makers from all over the world.
