Under the patronage of H. E. Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs, and the presence of H. E. Lt. Gen. (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al-Nabit, Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces, Mohammed bin Ghanem Al-Ghanem Naval Academy celebrated distributing certificates to candidates of the first batch.
The ceremony comes after the batch has completed four years of studying in the college. The studies included three main majors (Naval Sciences, Naval Engineering and Naval Supply and Administration). The candidates also had various training on military diploma topics, training at simulators’ center, training on board of the ships, diving and swimming courses, and aqua sports, in addition to infantry and physical fitness.
At the end of the ceremony, H. E. the Chief of Staff distributed certificates to graduates, in the presence of a number of QAF commanding officers and parents of the graduates.
