Under the patronage and presence of H. E. Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs, the presence of H. E Bothaina bint Ali Al-Jabr Al-Nuaimi, Minister of Education & Higher Education, and the presence of H. E. Lt. Gen. (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al-Nabet, Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces, Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies celebrated the graduation of the second batch of postgraduate studies, at the level of Master degree.
The number of graduates reached (40) from the Armed Forces and the Ministry of Interiors in four majors, namely, Defense Diplomacy, Defense Economies, Intelligence Studies, and Cyber Defense.
H. E Maj. Gen. Fahd bin Mubarak Al-Khayarin, President of Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies, stressed that after obtaining academic accreditation from the Ministry of Education & Higher Education, the Academy started to pursue academic accreditation from (FIBAA) organization; in addition to coordinating with the National Committee for Qualifications & Academic Accreditation to obtain organizational accreditation, which will enable the Academy to grant the first place among its counterparts in education quality in the Middle East
The ceremony was attended by a number of senior official in the country, as well as a number of QAF & Ministry of Interiors senior commanders & officers.
