The Italian navy hospital ship “Volcano” departed Cyprus today, heading to the Arab Republic of Egypt, boarding an integrated QAF medical team to deliver necessary medical aids to the civilian citizens of Gaza.
The ship contains an integrated hospital, in which patients can be admitted and receive necessary medical attention.
The Italian Embassy in Qatar thanked the State of Qatar and Qatar Armed Forces for their support, cooperation, and contribution with the Italian efforts to provide humanitarian aids to Gaza.
