Doha Joint Rescue Coordination Center, of Qatar Armed Forces, participated in Qatar International Boat Show 2025, in cooperation with Qatar Emiri Air Force and the Special Navy Forces. The event is being held at the Old Doha Port.
This participation comes as part of efforts to raise public awareness about the importance of equipping both commercial and private boats with distress alert devices, as well as to promote maritime safety concepts and effective response to emergencies at sea.
Doha Joint Rescue Coordination Center serves as the national authority responsible for coordinating maritime and aerial search & rescue operations within Qatar’s Search and Rescue Region (SRR). Its personnel continuously work to develop the national rescue system in accordance with the highest international standards.
The exhibition was attended by a number Of senior QAF officers and representatives from participating specialized entities.
