H. E. Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs, met with H. E. Mr. John Healy, UK Secretary of State for Defense, and his accompanying delegation during his visit to the State of Qatar.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed topics of mutual interest and ways to enhance and develop them.
During the meeting, the defense security guarantee was also signed, with H. E. Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs, signing on behalf of the Qatari side, and H. E. Mr. John Healy, UK Secretary of State for Defense, signing on behalf of the British side.
A number of senior officers and officials from both sides attended the meeting.
