H. E. Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs, honored the officers and non-commissioned officers of Qatar Armed Forces who contributed to supervising the Naval Forces Vessels project (Halul Project).
