Under the patronage of H. E. Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs, and the presence of H. E. Lt. Gen. (Pilot)Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al-Nabit, Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces, the briefing of the Joint Qatari-French Naval Exercise (Al-Oboor) was executed on board the Damsa vessel.
During the brief, H. E. viewed the events of the exercise that is being executed by Qatar Emiri Naval Forces and French Naval Forces, within the security cooperation agreements signed between the two sides.
The briefing was attended by H. E. Mr. Jean-Baptiste Faivre, Ambassador of the Republic of France to the State of Qatar, and a number of senior commanding officers of Qatari and French Armed Forces.
