Chief of Staff of the Japan Self-Defense Forces Visits Dukhan Air Base

H. E. Gen. Oshikura Hiroaki, Chief of Staff of the Japan Self-Defense Forces, and his accompanying delegation, visited Dukhan Air Base and met with Maj. Gen. (Pilot) Faisal Khalid Al-Ghanim, Commander of Qatar Emiri Air Force.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed topics of mutual interest and ways to enhance and develop them.

H. E. also conducted a field tour of the base, during which he was briefed on the latest equipment and technologies used by Qatar Emiri Air Force.

The meeting was attended by a number of senior officers from both sides.
