H. E. Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs, met with H. E. General Yapr Güler, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Turkey, and his accompanying delegation during his visit to the State of Qatar.
On the occasion, official reception ceremony was held for H. E. the Turkish National Defense Minister.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed topics of mutual interest and ways to enhance and develop them, in addition to the latest developments on regional and international levels.
Also, a brief about Qatar-Turkey Joint Forces was presented by Staff Brigadier General Hadi Ghanem Al-khayarin, Commander of Qatar-Turkey Joint Force.
H. E. Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs held lunch banquet honoring H. E. Minister of Defense of the Republic of Turkey, and his accompanying delegation.
A number of senior officers from both sides attended the meeting.
