Under the patronage of H. E. Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs, and the presence of H. E. Lt. Gen. (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al-Nabit, Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces, Qatar Armed Forces executed the closing maneuver of the joint exercise (Stormy Waves 2) on the island of Shra’oh.
The exercise aims to enhance joint work between the forces and related security entities to tackle threats to economic & vital zones of the country.
The exercise was attended by senior QAF commanding officers.
