H. E. Lt. Gen. (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al-Nabit, Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces, met with H. E. Lt. Gen. Waker-uz-Zaman, Principal Staff Officer to the Armed Forces Division at the Bangladeshi Prime Minister’s Office, and his accompanying delegation during their official visit to the State of Qatar.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed topics of mutual interest and ways to enhance and develop them.
The meeting also saw the signing of a MOU on defence cooperation between the two sides. H. E. Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces signed for the Qatari side, and H. E. Principal Staff Officer to the Armed Forces Division at the Bangladeshi Prime Minister’s Office signed for the Bangladeshi side.
The meeting was attended by a number of senior QAF officers.
