H. E. Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Attiya, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs participated in flag rising ceremony on the patrol boat “Sheraouh” (Q62), in Fincantieri’s Muggiano shipyard, in La Spezia city in theRepublic of Italy.
During the ceremony, Qatar Emiri Navy Forces signed the ship delivery document.
H. E. Mr. Lorenzo Guerini, the Italian Minister of Defense, and many Fincantieri’s senior directors attended the ceremony from the Italian Side.
H. E. Mr. Khaled bin Yousef Al-Sadah, Qatar’s Ambassador to the Republic of Italy, H. E. Staff Major General (Navy) Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Sulaiti, Commander of the Qatar Emiri Navy Forces, H. E. Staff Major General Hassan bin Rashid AI-Ali, Chief of Projects’ Office, H. E. Staff Major General (Navy) Hilal bin Ali Al-Mohannadi, Qatar’s Military Attaché, and many high-ranking officers from Qatar Armed Forces attended the ceremony from the Qatari side.
