His Excellency Dr. Khalid bin Mohammad Al-Attiyah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs, witnessed the finale of the “Efes 2022” exercise, hosted by the Turkish Armed Forces, in Doganbey, Izmir, in the western Turkish Republic.
His Excellency witnessed the activities of the final Distinguished Observer Day, which included a number of exercises, including: air attack operations, amphibious operations, special forces operations, air supply support, military search and rescue operations, and medical evacuation operations.
The Efes 2022 exercise is one of the largest exercises of the Turkish Armed Forces, as 37 countries from around the world participated in this exercise.
The finale of the exercise was attended by a number of senior officers in the Qatari Armed Forces, accompanied by His Excellency the Minister.
